I recently used a rental service and repair company that left a lot to be desired. The website was poorly designed and hard to navigate. I had trouble finding the information I needed. When I finally managed to contact the company, the customer service was average at best. The representative seemed disinterested and not very knowledgeable about their own services. The rental equipment I received was in decent condition, but it could have been cleaner. The repair service was satisfactory, but there was a delay in the process and I had to follow up multiple times to get updates. Overall, my experience with this company was just average. There are definitely areas where they could improve to provide a better customer experience.
