I recently had the opportunity to work with a real estate company, and I must say, my experience was quite average. The website was informative and easy to navigate, providing all the necessary information about their services. The Susan Hicks Group, PC seemed like a professional company, but I didn't feel any extraordinary level of service or personalization during my interaction. The communication was decent, with prompt responses to my inquiries. However, the overall experience lacked that special touch or attention to detail that would have made it stand out. While I appreciate their professionalism, I expected a bit more from a company in this industry. They did their job adequately, but I wouldn't say they went above and beyond to impress me.
