I recently engaged with this company for architectural services. The website is aesthetically pleasing and provides a good overview of their work. However, I found the process of getting in touch with them to be a bit cumbersome. It took multiple attempts to reach someone for a consultation. Additionally, the information provided during the initial meeting felt a bit generic and lacked the personal touch I was hoping for. Though the company seems to have a good portfolio, the experience left me feeling like just another potential client rather than a valued one. I appreciate the effort put into the website, but I believe there's room for improvement in customer interaction and making clients feel more valued. 🏗️
