I recently used the services of this logistics company for a shipment, and my experience was average. The website was user-friendly, making it easy to track my shipment and access relevant information. However, I found the customer service to be lacking in responsiveness when I needed to inquire about delivery details. The overall process was smooth, but there is room for improvement in the communication aspect. Although the shipment arrived on time and in good condition, I believe that the company could enhance their customer support to provide a better experience for their clients.
