I recently purchased a greenhouse from a company I found online. The product itself is great, sturdy and well-designed. However, I wish the customer support was more responsive and helpful. It took several days to get a reply to my inquiry, and even then, it wasn't very informative. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase, but the customer service could definitely use some improvement.
