Fly kickbox is a great place to get fit! The trainers are knowledgeable and motivating. The workouts are intense and help me relieve stress. The facility is clean and well-maintained. The only downside is the class sizes can get quite big. Overall, it's a fantastic place to kickstart your fitness journey!
