The Academy of Jeet Kune Do Sciences is a fantastic place to train martial arts. The instructors are highly skilled and passionate about what they do. The training is intense and pushes you to your limits, but in a safe and supportive environment. I have gained so much confidence and knowledge since joining this academy. Highly recommended!
