I recently joined a Wing Chun class and it has been an amazing experience so far. The training is rigorous and challenging, but the instructors at ocwingchun.com are incredibly supportive and patient. The atmosphere in the class is friendly and inclusive, which makes me look forward to every session. I have noticed a significant improvement in my overall fitness and self-defense skills thanks to the great teaching at The Dragon Institute.
