I recently used the services of this company. I found their website to be visually appealing and easy to navigate. The portfolio of their previous work is quite impressive and gave me confidence in their abilities. However, I felt that the communication with their team was a bit lacking. It took longer than expected to get responses to my inquiries, and I had to follow up multiple times. 🙁 Additionally, I think their pricing was a bit on the higher side for the value provided. Overall, the quality of work was good, but the customer service and pricing could be improved to provide a better experience for clients. I may consider using them again in the future, but I hope to see improvements in their communication and pricing.
