🚌 I recently took a ride with Premier metro bus and overall, my experience was average. The website 🌐 was easy to navigate, providing helpful information about the routes and schedules. However, upon arriving at the bus stop, I found the buses to be somewhat unreliable. 🤔 There were a few instances where the buses arrived late, causing me to miss connections and arrive at my destination later than expected. 🕒 The cleanliness of the bus was satisfactory, but I would have appreciated better maintenance as some seats were worn out. 🛋️ The staff was courteous, but I felt that the customer service could have been more proactive in addressing the delays. 🤷‍♀️ Overall, while Premier metro bus has its advantages, there is room for improvement in terms of punctuality and maintaining the buses. 🚍
