I recently used the services of a real estate agency to find a new home, and I decided to try out spararealty.com. The overall experience was just average. 😐

It would have been helpful to have more information before contacting the agency.

When I reached out to them, the response time was decent, but I expected a bit more promptness. The agent was knowledgeable and professional, but I felt like they could have been more proactive in suggesting suitable options.

The actual property visits went smoothly, and I appreciate the efforts made by the agent to accommodate my schedule. However, the selection of available properties was somewhat limited, and I didn't find the perfect match for my requirements.
