The classes at the pole fitness studio are simply awesome! I love the energy and enthusiasm of the instructors. They create a positive and inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome. The classes are challenging but fun. I've noticed a significant improvement in my strength and confidence. Can't wait for my next class!
