I had the pleasure of visiting The Simple Things recently and I must say, it was an average experience. The staff were polite and attentive, but the overall atmosphere lacked excitement. The website was easy to navigate, but I feel that there could be more variety in their products. Although their prices were quite reasonable, I expected a little more from a company with such a good reputation.
