I recently used the services of a medical licensure assistance company and found it to be quite average. The website was easy to navigate and had some helpful resources, but I felt that the customer service could have been more prompt and proactive in addressing my queries. The overall process of obtaining my medical licensure was completed, but it took longer than I had expected, and there were a few hiccups along the way. I appreciate the assistance the company provided, but I do believe there is room for improvement in terms of communication and efficiency.
