I really enjoyed my experience at Arbor Crossfit. The trainers were knowledgeable and friendly, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. The workouts were challenging but also scalable, so they could be modified to fit my fitness level. Overall, I had a great time and would highly recommend Arbor Crossfit.
