🌊I recently had the opportunity to work with the water extraction team from waterextractionteam.com. Overall, I would rate their services as average. Their website was informative and easy to navigate, providing detailed descriptions of the services they offer. However, I found their response time to be a bit slow. It took longer than expected for them to arrive at my property after I contacted them for assistance. Once on-site, the team was professional and knowledgeable, efficiently extracting water from the affected areas. However, the communication during the process could have been improved, as I felt I had to actively seek updates rather than being kept informed proactively. Despite these areas for improvement, they did a satisfactory job in resolving the water damage issue. I would consider using their services again, but I hope to see some improvements in their response time and communication in the future. 💦
