I've been a member of R7 fitness for a few months ...

I've been a member of R7 fitness for a few months now, and I'm so glad I joined. The trainers are friendly and knowledgeable, and the group classes are a lot of fun. The workouts are always challenging but doable, and I've seen great results. Highly recommend!
