I recently had a procedure done at this cosmetic surgery and laser center, and overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information about the services offered. The staff was polite and professional, providing answers to all my questions. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. However, the procedure itself did not meet my expectations. I felt that the results were not as noticeable as I had hoped for, and I had to seek additional treatments elsewhere. The pricing was fair, but I would have liked more transparency when it came to discussing the potential risks and side effects. While the overall experience was satisfactory, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of the quality of the procedures and the communication with patients.
