The website had a sleek design and was easy to navigate, but the promised personalized trip suggestions were lacking the wow factor. The suggested itineraries were generic and did not take into account my specific preferences and interests. Additionally, the customer service was average at best. I sent a couple of inquiries regarding my trip, but the responses were delayed and lacking in helpful information. Moreover, the prices for the trips were on the higher side compared to other service providers. Although the overall user experience was not terrible, I expected more from a company that claims to offer tailor-made travel solutions. Consequently, I would rate my experience with this company as average. 👍🏻
