I recently visited a Hyundai dealership on Cape Cod and had quite a mixed experience. The salespeople were friendly and seemed knowledgeable about the cars they were selling. However, the overall atmosphere of the dealership felt a bit chaotic and disorganized. It was difficult to find someone to assist me and when I did, they seemed rushed and not fully attentive to my needs. The website was user-friendly and informative, providing details about the vehicles and their prices. However, there were some discrepancies between the information on the website and what the salespeople actually told me. This lack of consistency was frustrating. Additionally, the prices seemed a bit higher than what I expected. Although the dealership had some good aspects, the overall experience was average at best. I would recommend they work on improving their customer service and ensuring accurate and transparent information both online and in-person.
