I recently started taking classes at a local pilates studio and I am loving it! The instructors are so knowledgeable and helpful. They really take the time to make sure you are doing the exercises correctly and getting the most out of your workout. The atmosphere in the studio is calm and peaceful, which helps me focus. I highly recommend anyone interested in pilates to give it a try!
