I recently hired Hap engineering consultants for a project. Overall, their services were satisfactory. They completed the work within the agreed timeline and the quality was decent. However, there were a few minor issues that needed to be addressed. The communication could have been better and there were a couple of delays in providing updates. Despite these issues, I would still recommend Hap engineering consultants for their professionalism and expertise.
