I have been going to this gym for a while now and I have to say, it's been a positive experience. The trainers are knowledgeable and provide helpful advice. The facilities are clean and well-maintained. I appreciate the variety of equipment and fitness classes available. The only thing I would change is the music selection, as it can get repetitive. Overall, I would recommend Retford to anyone looking for a good gym.
