I have been a customer of Netspy International (pvt) Ltd. for several years now and I can honestly say that their services are average. While they do provide a range of useful features, the overall performance of their software leaves room for improvement. The interface is a bit clunky and there have been occasional glitches. However, their customer support team is quite responsive and helpful.
