The hotel complex and beach club left me with mixed feelings. While the location was fantastic, offering stunning views of the beach, the overall experience fell short of my expectations. The rooms were comfortable but lacked the wow factor that one would expect from a luxury establishment. The staff, while friendly, seemed overwhelmed and understaffed, resulting in slower service and longer wait times.

One aspect that stood out was the beach club. The ambiance was relaxed and the music created a vibrant atmosphere. However, the food and drinks were average in terms of taste and presentation. The prices were a bit high for what was offered.

Although the potential is there, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of customer experience and attention to detail. With a few tweaks, this place could truly shine and offer a truly exceptional experience to its guests.
