I recently completed a training program at the center in Cartagena de Indias, and I have mixed feelings about it. While the instructors were knowledgeable, I found the course material to be repetitive and not as comprehensive as I had hoped. The facilities were decent, but nothing exceptional. Overall, it was an average learning experience.
