As a customer, I recently had some dealings with a commercial properties company and opted for their services because of their website. While the website, dcpmn.com, was user-friendly and informative, my overall experience with the company was average. Although they had a decent range of properties available, the customer service was lacking. I found the staff to be unresponsive and took longer to address my queries. Additionally, the communication was not clear and it felt like they weren't interested in providing personalized solutions. The pricing, however, was reasonable and competitive in the market. Overall, while the company has potential, there is room for improvement in terms of responsiveness and customer service.
