I have been going to Go Pilates for a few months now and I am extremely impressed with the quality of instruction and the results I am seeing. The instructors are knowledgeable, patient, and motivating. The studio is clean and well-equipped. I have noticed significant improvements in my strength and flexibility since joining. Highly recommend!
