I have mixed feelings about World Bank's efforts in the Karachi Neighborhood Improvement Project. On one hand, they have made considerable progress in addressing the neighborhood's issues. On the other hand, some aspects of the project could be improved to have a more significant impact. Overall, I appreciate their efforts but hope to see better outcomes in the future.
