I had a medical emergency last week and went to an urgent care facility in Lufkin. I was quite disappointed with the level of service and care I received. The staff seemed disorganized and unprofessional, and I felt like I was just another number to them. The facility was also unclean and poorly maintained. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
