As a customer of the University of Canterbury Students' Association, I have found their services to be average. While they do provide some useful resources, their overall efficiency and customer support could be improved. It would be beneficial if they could respond to queries and concerns in a more timely manner. Additionally, their website could be more user-friendly and intuitive.
