I have been practicing yoga for a few years now, and Seattle Yoga News is by far one of the best studios I have been to. The instructors are incredibly skilled and create a welcoming atmosphere in every class. The variety of classes offered ensures there is always something new to explore and challenge yourself with. Every time I walk out of the studio, I feel stronger, more flexible, and more aware of my body and mind. I cannot recommend Seattle Yoga News enough!
