I was excited about finding a new home, so I checked out their website which was easy to navigate and had lots of info. However, the actual experience was just okay. The sales rep seemed a bit disorganized and didn't really listen to my needs. The marketing materials were nice, but I wish they had more personalized options. 🏡 Overall, it was an average experience. I would suggest they focus more on customer service and personalization to make the home buying process more enjoyable for customers.
