I have been a customer of Universal Federal Credit Union for over 5 years and I must say, their service is average. The staff is friendly enough, but I feel like they could do more to make their customers feel valued. The website is easy to navigate and they have a decent selection of financial products, but their interest rates are not the most competitive in the market. Overall, I would say it's just an average experience.
