I recently used this company's services and I found them to be average. Their website was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information about their services. The booking process was straightforward and I was able to schedule a caregiver for my elderly father at our preferred time. The caregiver who came to our home was polite and professional, but I felt like they lacked enthusiasm and personal connection. While they did perform their duties adequately, I expected a bit more warmth and care for my father. The overall experience was satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. I would consider using their services again if I couldn't find a better option, but I would hope for more personalized attention and compassion in the future.
