I have been attending classes at the Nalini Method for several months now and I can say without a doubt that it is one of the best fitness programs out there. The instructors are top-notch and the workouts are challenging but effective. I love the variety of classes offered and the supportive atmosphere. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get in shape!
