I have been extremely disappointed with the service provided by Kammi Komisariat UGM. The overall experience was below average. The staff seemed unprofessional and lacked knowledge about their own services. They were also unresponsive to my inquiries and it took a long time to get a resolution to my problem. I would not recommend using their services.
