I have been a customer of Sangita for several years now, and I must say that their service has been consistently average. Although they have a wide variety of products to choose from, their customer service could definitely use improvement. The staff is not always attentive and sometimes it takes them a while to respond to queries. However, their website is user-friendly and I appreciate the fast shipping. Overall, I would rate Sangita's service as average.
