I recently used the services of an architecture firm for a home renovation project, and I came across ssa.ie online. My experience with them was average, and I have mixed feelings about their services. On the positive side, their website was easy to navigate, and they had a good showcase of their previous projects. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took a long time for them to respond to my initial inquiry, and I had to follow up multiple times to get a proper response. Additionally, the communication during the project was not consistent, and there were delays in receiving updates. While their work was satisfactory, I expected more attention to detail and personalized service. Overall, I think there is room for improvement in their customer communication and project management processes.
