I recently went on a trip with a travel company and I had a good experience. The staff was helpful and the service provided was satisfactory. The tour guide was knowledgeable and shared interesting information about the places we visited. However, I feel that the itinerary could have been better planned to allow for more time at each destination. Overall, it was a decent trip but could have been improved.
