I recently had 1st Choice Security install a security system at my home. Overall, I had a decent experience with their services. The technicians were professional and completed the installation quickly. The system works as expected, and the customer support was responsive. However, I did encounter a minor issue with one of the sensors, which took a bit longer to resolve. While it was not a major inconvenience, I hope they work on improving their equipment's durability.
