I've been banking with Universal Federal Credit Union for several years now, and I have to say, their service is subpar. The staff lacks enthusiasm and seems disinterested in helping customers. The website is outdated and difficult to navigate. I've had multiple issues with transactions and had to reach out to their customer service, which isn't always helpful. Overall, I'm not satisfied with my experience.
