The Kickboxing gym at 4kickbox.com is by far the best gym I have ever been to. The trainers are passionate about what they do and it shows in their teaching. The workouts are challenging and push you to your limits. I have seen significant improvements in my strength and endurance since joining. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to get in shape and learn kickboxing.
