I must say I had a very mixed experience with Physical Home Defense. While the installation process went smoothly and the system is working fine, their customer support was lacking. I faced multiple issues with the system and it took them a while to address them. However, once I managed to reach the right person, they were able to assist me effectively. It's a good company but needs improvement in customer service.
