I've been an Absa customer for many years now, and I am overall satisfied with their services. The online banking platform is user-friendly, and their customer support is helpful. However, there have been a few instances where I faced some issues with their mobile app. Absa could improve on that aspect. Despite that, I would still rate them as average.
