I recently used this company's services and found the experience to be quite average. The website was easy to navigate and provided clear information about their services. However, when I visited their physical location, the staff seemed a bit disorganized and the wait time was longer than expected. Additionally, I encountered some issues with the packaging of my items, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, it was an okay experience, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer service and attention to detail.
