I had a somewhat frustrating experience with the Chinese call center. The representatives were friendly, but it took a long time for them to resolve my issue. I had to explain my problem multiple times, and there were several instances where I was transferred to different departments. However, in the end, they were able to solve my problem, so I would rate them as average.
