I have been practicing yoga at Total Yoga for a few months now and I absolutely love it! The instructors are top-notch and always make sure to provide modifications for different skill levels. The studio has a calming ambiance and the yoga props are clean and well-maintained. Total Yoga has truly helped me improve my flexibility and overall well-being.
