I recently used the legal services of this firm for a personal injury case. I found their website to be informative and easy to navigate. However, I was a bit disappointed with the lack of personalized attention I received. The communication from the firm was often slow, and I felt like I had to chase them for updates. The lawyers were knowledgeable, but I didn't feel like they went above and beyond in representing my case. 🤔 I was hoping for a more proactive and attentive approach. In the end, we reached a settlement, but I can't say I was completely satisfied with the overall experience. I would consider looking elsewhere for legal representation in the future.
