I recently purchased a reusable water bottle from this company's website. While the bottle serves its purpose of being eco-friendly and collapsible, I found the overall experience to be average. The website was easy to navigate and my order arrived promptly. However, I was hoping for better customer service as my inquiries were met with generic responses that didn't fully address my concerns. Additionally, I was disappointed with the limited color options available for the bottle I purchased. On the plus side, the bottle itself is durable and leak-proof, which is a great feature for someone like me who is always on the go. Overall, an average experience that didn't quite meet my expectations. 🤷‍♀️
